IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Submitting a pre-enrollment form does not reserve or guarantee a seat in an upcoming East Bay CNA Academy cohort.
Enrollment is processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and class sizes are limited.
Your seat is officially reserved only after:
• You attend your enrollment appointment
• You complete all required enrollment paperwork
• East Bay CNA Academy receives your $250 non-refundable registration fee
REGISTRATION FEE
The $250 registration fee is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total tuition.
Because class sizes are limited, your preferred cohort may reach capacity before your registration fee is received. If that occurs, you may be offered placement in the next available cohort.

During your appointment, we will review the program, required documents, tuition options, payment deadlines, and the remaining steps needed to complete your enrollment.
