Tuition and Fees

Tuition & Payment Options

Self-Pay Tuition: $2,000

Students choosing the self-pay option are required to pay $1,000 at enrollment to secure their seat.

The remaining $1,000 balance is due within seven (7) calendar days of enrollment.

Financing Option

Students who prefer additional payment flexibility may choose to finance the program.

Financed Program Cost: $2,400

The $2,400 financed cost includes the $2,000 program tuition plus a $400 financing/processing charge.

Students who select financing may finance the full program cost and are not required to follow the $1,000 self-pay deposit and seven-day balance schedule.

Financing is subject to approval and the terms of the financing provider.

Registration & Refund Policy

Of the program tuition, $250 is designated as the registration fee and is non-refundable, subject to applicable law and East Bay CNA Academy’s refund and cancellation policy.

Additional Student Costs (Not Included)

Students are responsible for costs not included in tuition, such as Live Scan/background checks, TB testing, immunizations, and state certification examination fees.

Refund and Withdrawal Policy

The registration fee is non-refundable. A student may withdraw by submitting written notice. Refunds are calculated based on the last date of attendance and percentage of program hours completed.

Refunds and withdrawal terms are outlined in the Enrollment Agreement signed at the time of enrollment. Please refer to your signed Enrollment Agreement for full details.
